Account Closure
To permanently close your account, please send a request to our customer support team. Scroll to the bottom of the Help Center homepage or any article. Then, click on the “Contact Form” icon and enter all the necessary details.
If you prefer to temporarily close your account (for 24h, 48h, 7 days, 30 days), you can do so by navigating to My Account → Profile → Player Protection → Take a Break.
Account Deletion
If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data, you must submit a specific request for account data deletion.
To do this, visit our Privacy Notice page. Under section 6.2, you’ll find a table with a Delete option. Click on the Submit request button to register your request.
Please note: Requests to delete personal data are handled exclusively by our Personal Data Protection Officer. To proceed, you will need to send an email with your request as follows:
- from the email address stated in the account, to dpo-office-philippines@betano.com.
- the title of the e-mail must be: Deletion of data (username: xxxxx)
- its content must be concise: e.g. I request deletion of personal data associated with account xxxxx
