Withdrawing Through Bank Transfer with DragonPay

To withdraw through DragonPay navigate to My Account → Transactions → Withdrawal and follow the next steps:

1. Enter the desired withdrawal amount.
2. Select an existing bank account, or enter new bank details.
3. If adding a new bank account, you’ll need to provide:

• Bank name (from the supported list)
• Bank account number
• Account holder’s name
• Branch (if required)

4. Confirm your request by submitting the withdrawal form.
5. If this is your first withdrawal request using the mobile number, a two-factor authentication (2FA) process will be triggered.
6. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS or email.
7. Enter the OTP on the verification screen, to authenticate the withdrawal method.
8. Once the OTP is successfully validated, the withdrawal process will continue.
9. After the transaction is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation message.
