To withdraw through GCash navigate to My Account → Transactions → Withdrawal and follow the next steps.:
- Enter the desired withdrawal amount.
- If this is your first withdrawal request using the mobile number, a two-factor authentication (2FA) process will be initiated.
- You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS or email.
- Enter the OTP on the verification screen, to authenticate the withdrawal method.
- Once the OTP is successfully validated, the withdrawal process will proceed.
- Upon approval, the funds will be instantly transferred to your GCash wallet, and you’ll receive a confirmation notification via the GCash app.
